2021 Scholarship Recipient: Camryn Schepps

CAMRYN SCHEPPS, hailing from Texas, is a senior Acting major at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. Recent appearances include Macbeth in Shakespeare’s Macbeth, directed by Jim Iorio and Demaris in Stephen Adly Guirgis’s In Arabia We’d All be Kings, directed by Barbara Zahora. In addition to her on-stage training, Camryn has also been in the process of getting stage combat certified and honing other physical skills such as juggling and acrobatics and continuing her dance training. Her grounding in technique and the new skills she has gained have prepared her for a new and exciting chapter in her professional life. Next up she will be appearing as #46 in Sarah DeLappe’s The Wolves, directed by Elise Kauzlaric this October!
