2022 Scholarship recipient: Olivia Maalouf

Olivia Maalouf (she/they/he) is a Comedy Writing and Performance major, minoring in Voiceover, and is on track to graduate in the beautiful springtime of 2023. Olivia came to Columbia College from Las Vegas, Nevada hoping to gain new life experience and theatrical knowledge (and that she got). They have been a part of three mainstage productions (so far), but their most recent has been The Amateurs by Jordan Harrison. They have also performed sketch comedy as well as standup all over the city. Olivia is very honored to have received this scholarship and recognition for their work. They are very grateful for the unconditional support from her family as well as from her beloved, Sam. She is excited for the unknown and is ready to take flight!
