Concept to Reality: A Practical Guide to Self-Producing Theatre Workshop Series
What:
Join the Sarah Siddons Artistic Council for a series of three workshops focusing on the creation, realization, and marketing of live performance projects. Participants may register for all three workshops or select individual workshops that are of particular interest.
Workshop 2: Securing Resources

Workshop Leader: Kaiser Ahmed (Artistic Director of Jackalope Theatre Company and Siddons Artistic Council Member)
Kaiser Ahmed will lead a workshop focused on securing resources to support your creative idea. These might be resources of space or equipment, community partnerships, expertise, grant funding, audience development, sponsorships, and other opportunities to expand the reach of your idea.
Participants will explore:
What funding opportunities exist to support this idea?
What resources might you be able to secure as in-kind donations?
What partnerships might you build to expand the reach of your market?
Where might you build partnerships or sponsorships that would be mutually beneficial?
Cost:
$15 per workshop or $35 for all three
